Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider refund requests under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

2.1 Technical Issues

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
  • The file format is incompatible as described
  • Significant quality issues not visible in the preview
  • The file is significantly different from the preview shown

2.2 Payment Errors

  • Duplicate charges for the same item
  • Charged but did not receive download access
  • Payment processed but purchase not completed

2.3 Accidental Purchases

  • Request made within 24 hours of purchase
  • File has NOT been downloaded
  • Valid reason provided for the accidental purchase

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind after downloading the file
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the file
  • Incompatibility with your specific software (when standard formats are provided)
  • File quality matching the preview (preview is what you see is what you get)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Bundle purchases where individual items have been downloaded

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide Information:
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Email address used for purchase
    • Detailed reason for refund request
    • Screenshots of any technical issues (if applicable)
  3. Review Process: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Decision: You will receive an email with our decision and next steps

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • PayPal: 1-3 business days to appear in your PayPal account
  • Credit/Debit Card (Stripe): 5-10 business days depending on your bank

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

6. Partial Refunds

For bundle purchases ("Buy All Videos"), partial refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount will be calculated based on:

  • Number of files downloaded
  • Individual file prices vs. bundle discount
  • Reason for refund request

7. Free Downloads

Free daily downloads and promotional free items are not eligible for any compensation or refund. They are provided as-is without any guarantees.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of account access
  • Removal of download privileges for all purchased items
  • Legal action if fraudulent activity is detected
